Melody Ann Campbell, age 66 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at UK Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. She was born March 9, 1955 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Girven & Marie Brookover Waddle. She was the wife of Gene Campbell. She was a homemaker and a member of Victorious Faith Church, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Along with her husband she is survived by her Son: Michael David Campbell of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Daughter: Andrea Renee (Michael-Boyd) Thompson of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Norah Marie Thompson, Veyda Leigh Thompson & Baron Michael Thompson; Sister: Vikki Lynn Conn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Special Niece: Lisa Elliott; A Host of Nieces & Nephews. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her Sisters: Katheryn Elliott & Jane Goodman. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Visitation will begin Monday, September 13, 2021 at 4pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 11am at Victorious Faith Church, Prestonsburg, Kentucky Burial will follow at Waddle Family Cemetery, Abbott Creek, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
