Joanna Kozlowski, age 98, formerly of Seymour entered into rest on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Solaris Senior living in Stuart, FL.

She was the devoted wife of the late Frederick Kozlowski. Joanna was born in Poland on March 9, 1923. She was a Seymour resident before moving to Florida in 2018. Joanna was a survivor after spending four years at the Auschwitz Concentration Camp.

She was the beloved mother of Stanley Kozlowski and his wife Margaret Monaco Kozlowski, loving grandmother of Audra Kozlowski and Tara Kozlowski McCarten and her husband Douglas, great grandmother of Sage, Ivory, Nicholas and Bryar. Joanna was also survived by Linda Kozlowski Ehler and her husband William and several cousins and nieces. She was predeceased by two sons Frederick and Joseph Kozlowski and several brothers and sisters in Poland.

On Friday, Friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Michael Church, 75 Derby Ave., Derby CT 06418. The Mass is also available to view via livestream. Her burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery and will also be livestreamed.
