Melvin Warren VanAmberg, a resident of Oscoda MI, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021. He was 64 years old. Melvin loved his family and liked getting together for a family party or event. He loved wrestling, Hulk Hogan, working in the yard with his truck and his beloved dog, Boe. He enjoyed hamburgers and eating his snacks, watching his re-runs, listening to Elvis and he loved to dance. Melvin was a true ladies man. Heaven will never be the same the day Melvin went home to Jesus. Melvin is survived by his sister, Sierra Parton as well as many extended family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin E. VanAmberg and Norma A. (nee. Posey) VanAmberg; his sister Evonne Coykendall and brother-in-law, Keith Coykendall.
