Heather Suzanne Coleman

Heather Suzanne Coleman (Rollins), 47, of Shakopee (previously from Anoka) passed away on September 8, 2021 after a brave 10 month battle with cancer. Her fiancé, Sarah Olson, and their puppies Noodles, Sullivan and Gus and close friend Tricia Stobbs were by her side. Heather was born January 18, 1974, in Anoka to Dean Rollins and Judy Hedin. Always an adventurous soul, Heather made friends easily and had many, usually with a funny story to go along with how they met or the shenanigans they got into together. She was a true gem and good friend to all she met. Heather worked for Anoka County as a Passport Agent and absolutely loved her job because of her coworkers, the opportunity to meet new people and help the community. She thrived interacting with people and was very good at her job. Heather had a zest for life and did not like having to sit in one place for too long. Heather was squirrely and had to get out and do something. Some of her favorite pastimes included going to live concerts and plays, dining out anywhere from a dive bar in a dark alley to a fine dining restaurant, traveling the world, exploring new places and things in the city, going camping, visiting breweries and hitting happy hour with friends. Heather is survived by her beloved fiancé, Sarah Olson of Shakopee, her mother Judy Hedin of Coon Rapids, her sister Jenny Grant of Anoka. She was proceeded in death by her father, Dean Rollins and her special Grandma Bessie. Heather’s loyal goldendoodle, Noodles, joined her momma in heaven on September 14, 2021, just shy of her 14th birthday. A memorial celebration will be held October 17th, 2021 from 1pm to 5pm at St. Paul Brewing 688 Minnehaha Ave E, St Paul, MN 55106. Heather did not want a funeral, but rather a party in her honor.
