<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">Michael Glen Kennedy, age 59 of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, September 9<sup>th</sup> in Russellville of natural causes.</span></span></h3> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">He was born December 8, 1961 in Russellville, Kentucky the son of the late Joe and Evelyn Knight Kennedy.</span></span></h3> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">He loved his family, fishing, farming, sports, working and playing games. Quote from Mike &ldquo;I refocused my life to the Lord, our Savior. Amen to that.&rdquo;</span></span></h3> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a stepmother, Lelia Kennedy; a daughter, Amanda Kennedy; three brothers, Donnie, Charlie and Bubba Joe Kennedy and a sister, Paula Haines. He is survived by two sons, Jayden and Noah Kennedy of Auburn; two daughters, April Ferris (Roger) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Kim Brasher (Donnie) of Florida; three brothers, Brian Kennedy (Judy) of Russellville, Johnny Tucker (Janie) of Guthrie and Sammy Haines of Alabama; six sisters, Marilyn Crowder (Joe) of Elkton, Linda Kennedy of Russellville, Debbie Markham of Elkton, Tina Haines of North Carolina, Lynne Hartford (Leonard) of Russellville and Debbie Joiner of Evansville, Indiana; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.</span></span></h3> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">Visitation with the family will be on Monday, September 13<sup>th</sup> from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 at the Kedron Church of Christ, 736 Coopertown Road in Russellville with Rev. Jerry Sweeney officiating. Interment will follow at the Kedron Church of Christ Cemetery.</span></span></h3> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the funeral home for expenses. Michael Glen Kennedy, age 59 of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, September 9th in Russellville of natural causes.

 

He was born December 8, 1961 in Russellville, Kentucky the son of the late Joe and Evelyn Knight Kennedy.

 

He loved his family, fishing, farming, sports, working and playing games. Quote from Mike “I refocused my life to the Lord, our Savior. Amen to that.”
