Robert L. Stephens, age 69, of St. Louis, died Thursday, July 30, 2015 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born January 8, 1946 in St. Louis, the son of Robert and Mildred I (Stroecker) Stephens. He is survived by a sister, Mary David of St. Louis; and a brother, James Stephens, of St. Louis.
