William A. Hart
<p>William A. “Bill” Hart, 68, of Ashland, passed away September 2, 2021, at Life Care Hospice in Wooster, Ohio.</p><p>Bill was born in Ashland on February 1, 1953, to the late William E. and Roberta A. (Whitcomb) Hart.</p><p>He was a resident of Ashland County his entire life and was a graduate of Hillsdale High School. </p><p>Bill served his country as a veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam War.</p><p>He was a long-haul truck driver for many years before his retirement.</p><p>Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing and taking drives in the country to Charles Mill Lake and the family farm in Jeromesville.</p><p>Bill is survived by his three children, Ashlee (Ryan) Hernandez of Wylie, TX., Sam Gariepy and Alex Hart both of Kettle Falls, WA; 6 grandchildren, Barett, Keoni, Kalani, Malayna, Haylee & Bella; his brother, Jerry E. “Redski” Hart of Ashland. </p><p>He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Steven D. Hart.</p><p>Graveside Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Maple Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Donald Earlenbaugh officiating. There will be no calling hours.
