Mr. James L. Vallery, age 57, of Colfax, LA, entered eternal rest, on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at his residence. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, LA. Graveside Services for Mr. Vallery will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Bentley at 10:00 AM. Mr. James was a loving father, son, and brother. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and gardening with his granddaughter Raeelynn. Mr. James was always willing to help people if ever they were in need. He loved his family but his joy was found in babysitting and spending time with Raeelynn. He will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jill Vallery. Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Lindsay Vallery; brother, Justin Vallery (Janie); mother, Charlene Vallery; sisters, Romona Riddick (Anthony) and Tammy Kelley (Danny); and granddaughter, Raeelynn Vallery.
