Cyrus Carter Jr. , 75, of  Ellington Road passed away on September 8, 2021 at Maria Parham Health.  He was born in Washington D.C to the late Cyrus Carter Sr. and Grace Norris Carter. A graveside service will be held at 11am, Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Guiding Star UHC. Viewing will be from noon to 4:30pm, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife, Mildred Terry Carter; his sister, Connie Bowers; and a host of other relatives.
