The service for Cutberto Rios will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home. Following the service, there will be a procession to Laurel Oaks Memorial Park for the interment in the Garden of Peace. Rios passed away September 14, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. He was born March 20, 1963, in Chihuahua, Mexico to Juan Antonio Rio and Estela Monrreal. He was 58 years of age.
