Funeral services have been set for Georgia Anne Haning, age 28, who passed away late Thursday afternoon at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Services will be at the First Presbyterian Church, Saturday afternoon at 2:00 P.M. with Dr. J. Pat Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Ms. Haning was born in Greenville, SC on June 24, 1956 and located in Altus with her parents and three sisters in 1975. She attended college at both Western State Oklahoma College and Oklahoma State University. She was employed by the State of Oklahoma as a Dental Assistant at the Oklahoma State Reformatory located at Granite, OK. She lived with her parents at 800 Canterbury in Altus. She was a member of the Altus First Presbyterian Church where her memorial fund has been established.
She is survived by: her parents, Jim and Mary Anne Haning of the home; three sisters, Jan Renee Zarazinski of San Antonio, TX, Ramona Jean Hodgkins of Honolulu, HI and Karen Lynn Haning of the home in Altus; her grandparents, the Reverend and Mrs. George Guy of Greenville, SC and Mrs. Adeline Haning of Farragut, Iowa; one niece, Renee Hodgkins of Honolulu, HI and one nephew Nicholas Zarazinski of San Antonio, TX
