<p>Elizabeth Diane Daniel, of Windsor, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Russell County Hospital. She was 39.</p> <p>Born on August 13, 1982, in Danville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Thelma Mae Stargle Chansler and her late stepfather, James Chansler. Elizabeth was an author and published two books, Diary of a Poet and Depths of the Soul. She was a member of Jennie&rsquo;s Chapel United Methodist Church. She enjoyed attending church and teaching Sunday School, as well as Wednesday night youth group. Elizabeth had an associate degree in Early Childhood Development. She loved children, writing, and spending time with her beloved dog, Belle, and her nephew, Ethan.</p> <p>In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Melissa (Doug) Cochran of Liberty; four brothers, Jesse Chansler of Windsor, Thomas Daniel of Windsor, JL (Diane) Stargle of Liberty, and Mike (Nellie) Stargle of Russell County; and her best friend and special nephew, Ethan Cochran.</p> <p>The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Richard West officiating. Burial will follow in Jennie&rsquo;s Chapel Cemetery.</p> <p>The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.</p> <p>The family requests that everyone in attendance to the visitation and funeral please wear a facial covering.</p> <p>Memorial contributions may take the form of donations&nbsp;to Brooke&rsquo;s Blossoming Hope for Childhood Cancer Foundation.</p> <p>Arrangements for Elizabeth are entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
