In memory of Kap Soon Lee

Kap Soon Lee, 76 years of age, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021.

Kap Soon was born January 2, 1945 in Seoul, South Korea.

Kap Soon immigrated to the United States in November of 1975 with her husband, Yong Hee Lee and their two daughters.

From 1980 to 2000, she lived in Aurora, CO, where she worked at Information Handling Services, an information storage company. Kap Soon retired in 2000 when her first granddaughter was born.  

Kap Soon loved being a grandmother to her four grandchildren the most. Her daily routine revolved around pampering those she loved. She is survived by her husband, Yong Hee Lee, Daughter Sue Ann Hinnes and her husband Christopher Hinnes, Daughter Hyo Sun Lee, her brother, Song Hui Lee, and 4 grandchildren, Natalie Kinnear, Jessica Hinnes, Cassandra Kinnear, and Jacob Hinnes. 

Kap Soon loved being with her family, traveling to new places, and learning new things. 

She loved unconditionally. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, being active outdoors and tending to her garden. She was enthusiastic about watching “The Price is Right” and “WWE Wrestling”. Kap Soon had an infectious laugh and a beautiful, gentle, giving soul.

Kap Soon will be cremated Thursday, September 9, 2021.  

Because the three granddaughters are attending universities all over the country, a small intimate family service will be held after they return from school in December.
