Stanley S. Golub
Stanley S. Golub of Chester passed away Tuesday September 7, 2021, at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown. He was 81. Born in Brooklyn NY to the late Benjamin and the late Anna (Fertig) Golub, he lived in Denville before moving to Chester in 1974. A gentle and caring veterinarian, Stanley was the owner of the Golub Animal Hospital in Ledgewood. He also was associated with the American Animal Hospital in Randolph and the Community Animal Hospital in Denville. An avid outdoorsman, he was a member of the NRA, the Roxbury Rifle and Pistol Club, the Wild Turkey Federation and the Deer Valley Gun Club. He loved being outside in nature and he traveled all over the globe. He made friends wherever he went and he left a big footprint on the world. Beloved husband of Roberta (Curtis) Golub. Devoted father of Adam Golub, Danielle Caterino and Sara Halachik. Loving grandfather of 3 grandchildren, Aiden, Alexander, and Cody. Dear brother of Sheila Studint. Also survived by his dog Rusty and predeceased by his dogs Buddie and Addie.
