Edwin "Douglas" Kunkel
<p><span style="font-size:16px;">On Friday, September 3, 2021, Douglas Kunkel, loving son, brother, uncle and friend passed away peacefully and went to be with the Lord at the age of 67.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Douglas was born on November 20, 1953, in Houston, Texas to Edwin and Margie Kunkel. He loved animals, collecting coins and was an avid baseball lover, he played baseball through his teens and enjoyed assistant coaching on his nephews little league teams.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Douglas was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin J. and Margie Kunkel. He is survived by sister, Cindy Kunkel-Rash and brother-in-law, Kenneth Rash, nephew Joshua Kunkel and many cousins. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Douglas wished to spend his eternity in his favorite places, so his ashes will be spread at a later date.
