Nancy Carol Dolina (Brown) 10/18/67 – 08/31/21 Nancy C. Brown Dolina, age 53, of Wilmington DE, unexpectedly and sadly passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Nancy was also lovingly called Nan Nan, Din Din or Nutty by her family and friends. She was rarely called Nancy. Her 3 daughters, father, brothers, and sisters had to make the hardest decision a family ever must make, and that was to stop life support services. There was nothing more that could be done. Her family chose to donate her organs so that other families would not have to suffer as we do. In this extreme darkness, there was this shimmer of light that our Nancy would be helping others. We know that her kidneys will help 2 families keep their loved ones. This gift to others is the only thing that is helping our family through this difficult time. Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved mom, Lucille J Brown who passed away only 9 months ago, her brother, Robert Brown III & her nephew, Robert Matthew Payne. Survivors include her 3 daughters, twins Brittney Dolina Frasher (Dylan) & Brianna Dolina & youngest daughter Brielle Dolina who is only 15 years old. She is also survived by her father, Robert Brown Jr., sister Vickie L Hill, sister Tammy A Pigeon, brother Keith A Brown (Addye) and brother Wayne Scott Brown (Kathy). She adored her many nieces and nephews who are Angela Prince, Edward Hill, Chasity Payne, Andrew Pigeon Jr, Amber Williams, Mike Baker, Noah Brown, Shante Schwegel, Ashley Forosisky, Andrew Schwegel & Zachary Brown. A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 8th. Family and friends can visit with her family at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home starting at 5:00pm with services starting at 6:00pm. Covid protocols will be in place, so please wear a mask. Hugs are appreciated and will be accepted by family members if you choose to. In lieu of flowers, Nancy’s 3 beautiful daughters and family have set up a GoFundMe to assist with funeral & burial expenses as well as any assistance for her daughter’s. Nancy; unfortunately, had no life insurance or savings. Her daughters, Brittney & Brianna, moved into their college dorms just days before their mom passed and Brielle started 10th grade the day before her mom passed.
