<p><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Cynthia Troutman, age 62 of Brainerd, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Carefree Living in Brainerd where she was surrounded by family.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Nelson-Doran Funeral Home, Brainerd. Friends and family are invited to gather for two hours prior to the service. Interment will take place at Garrison Community Cemetery.</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Cynthia was born on March 14, 1959 to Daniel and Shirley (McGuire) Barto in Brainerd. Cynthia had many joys in life, including shopping, crocheting, watching Golden Girls and enjoying french vanilla cappuccino. She loved animals, especially cats, and to tell jokes and make others laugh. Her biggest accomplishment was being able to stay home and raise her children. Nothing brought her more pride than being a mother and grandma.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">She is survived by her children, Jeremiah (Trisha) Troutman, Stephanie (Errin) Niemeyer, and Tamara (Adam) Hartman; eight grandchildren, Dominic, Terik and Emrick Troutman, Jagen and Coy Niemeyer, and Aaron, Kendrick and Annella Hartman; parents, Daniel and Shirley Barto; brother, Richard Barto; two nephews, Derek (Sarah) Barto and Heath (Doug Eschbaugh) Barto.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">She was preceded to heaven by her brother, Greg Barto; paternal grandparents; maternal grandparents; and many aunts and uncles.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Memorials are preferred to the family.</span></span></p>
