Dwayne Louis “Chuck” Provost made the journey to the Creator on August 30, 2021 with his family by his side.

A Family Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday September 7, 2021 at Eden’s Funeral Home, 2424 5th Ave, Fort Macleod, followed by a procession to Gloria Provost’s residence in Piikani Nation, where a wake service will be held.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday September 8, 2021 at Gloria Provost Residence, follow by an interment in the Provost Family Plots.
