C’est avec une immense tristesse que la famille Bernier vous annonce le décès soudain et tragique de Monsieur Mario Bernier, Madame Jessica Derasp et de bébé Zoey, décédé le lundi 23 août 2021 à Ottawa, ON.

 

Mario était âgé de 54 ans. Il était le fils de feu Gilbert Bernier et de Carmen Laderoute.

 

Outre sa mère, il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants: Valérie (Fortier-Bernier) Carruthers (Matthew Carruthers), Geneviève Bernier et Myles Bernier; son petit-fils : Mason Gagné; sa sœur : Lynn Bernier; deux ex-conjointes : Chantal Fortier et Mélanie (Fortin) Bernier ainsi que plusieurs parents et amis (es).

 

Il y aura, le 5 septembre 2021, une célébration de leur vie en présence des cendres entre 13:00 et 17 :00 à la Légion de Stittsville, situé au 1481, Stittsville Main Street, Stittsville, ON, K2S 1A7, tout en respectant les restrictions COVID (masques, distanciation et capacité limite de la salle).

The Bernier family announces with great sorrow the sudden and tragic passing of Mario Bernier, Jessica Derasp and baby Zoey on Monday, August 23rd, 2021 in Ottawa, ON.

 

Mario was 54 years old. He was the son of the late Gilbert Bernier and Carmen Laderoute.

 

Besides his mother, he is survived by his children: Valérie (Fortier-Bernier) Carruthers (Matthew Carruthers), Geneviève Bernier and Myles Bernier; his grandson: Mason Gagné; his sister: Lynn Bernier; his two ex-wifes: Chantal Fortier et Mélanie (Fortin) Bernier and many friends, family and all who knew them.

 

The family will receive friends and family for a celebration of life, in presence of the ashes from 1PM to 5PM on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at the Stittsville Legion, at 1481, Stittsville Main Street, Stittsville, ON, K2S 1A7 (masks and social distancing will be required along with the maximum number of attendees allowed in the visitation parlour).
