CAMMERER, Norman Carl died on October 25, 2007 at the age of 91. Norman was born in Dayton on December 7, 1915 to Charles and Martha S. Cammerer. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Werner and Herbert Cammerer and sister, Ruth C. Dillencount Simms. Norman is survived by a niece, Martha Dillencount McCarthy of Pittsburgh and nephews, Richard C. Cammerer of Dayton and Robert A. Cammerer of Waynesville; grand-nieces, Kara C. Fleming, Meredith Cammerer, Kate C. Mettler and Karly C. DePew; grand-nephews, John McCarthy, Thomas McCarthy and Richard Cammerer Jr. and long time friend, Sylvia Demming. Norman graduated from Kiser High School in Dayton and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Ohio State University where he was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. He received his Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Dayton. He was president of Midwest Tool and Engineering, a Dayton tool and die company co-founded by his father in 1920. Norman was a member of the Dayton Country Club and Spring Run Fishing Club. Services and burial will be private. Condolences may be sent to the family via the website at www.routsong.com.
