William Edgar Morgan Sept. 26, 1950 – May 22, 2016 Mr. William Edgar (Bill) Morgan of Oxford died peacefully at home on May 22, 2016. Bill was born on September 26, 1950 in Hamilton and lived his entire life in Oxford. He was a loving son, brother and uncle. His parents, Red and Eve Morgan predeceased Bill and his brother David, nephew Ned and sister-in-law Marcia of Washington, DC survive him. Bill’s caring and loving caregiver, Mary Emery was with him for the last several years during his illness Bill worked at Oxford Lanes and any individual who loved to bowl would remember him well. He was an avid fan of bowling and league play. His generous spirit and commitment to the community was evident by his personal sponsorship of bowling leagues and softball teams. Bill was a graduate of McGuffey school and Talawanda High School. Bill loved to travel, especially to the family vacation cottage at Put-in-Bay, Ohio, which he helped his grandparents build in the 1960’s. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Hospice of Cincinnati. Gravesides services will be held at a later date in Oak Hill Ohio.
