Jake Zacharias, age 83 years of Altona, formerly of Thames, Manitoba passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Eastview Place, Altona.

He is survived by his sisters Betty Heinrichs, Nora Reimer, Mathilda Feakes, Sharon Yurkiw, and Alvina Penner, his brother Wes Zacharias and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his wife Liz Zacharias (nee Hofer), his parents Jacob and Katharina Zacharias, and 6 siblings.

A celebration of Jake's life will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Senior Centre.

Donations in Jake's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
