A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point for Jaydon K. Wilridge, 18, who passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 4:03 A.M. in Jackson, LA. Père Rozas, Parochial Vicar from Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point will be officiating for the services. Burial will be held in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice. The family has requested the visitation to be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 7:00 A.M. until 9:30 A.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point. Survivors include his father, Joseph “Frosty” Wilridge, Sr. of Church Point; his mother, Elisabeth “Alisha” Jenkins of Church Point; five brothers, Joseph Wilridge, Jr., Savion Chavis, Elijah Mouton, Aaron Sengal and Camren Wilridge; two sisters, Johnneisha White and Elise Mouton; his maternal grandparents, Daniel Jenkins and Elizabeth Robinson; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jaydon was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Vorise and Mary L. Wilridge; his maternal grandfather, Lonnie “Chicken” Robinson.
