of Lancaster; entered into rest August 16, 2021; Beloved husband of Helen E. (nee Thomas) Sweeney; Devoted father of Lindsay Sweeney, Dillon Sweeney and Jonathan (Kami) Kobolt. Loving son of the late William and Marian Sweeney and son-in-law of Paul and Maureen Costello. Dear brother of Diane Sweeney, David (Karen) Sweeney and Timothy Sweeney. Also survived by nieces, nephews and his companion Gryphon. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Drive on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kevin was a retired Detective with the Town of Tonawanda Police Department.
