<p>Mrs. Annie Francis Jones, age 82, passed away on August 13, 2021, at Lake City Medical Center. Mrs. Jones was born in Middleburg, FL on September 5, 1938, to the late Irvin and Doular Clemons Mosley. She was a hard worker who dedicated 32 years to the Foster Forbes Glass Company. She most recently held a position as a Subway sandwich artist up until the age of 81. Mrs. Jones was a Navy wife who was devoted to her husband for 56 years until his passing. Her hard work was most evident when she received her high school diploma at the age of 59. Mrs. Jones enjoyed gardening and flowers. She loved spending time with her family and her dog Tuscon. She was also an active member of Northside Baptist Church in Lake City. Mrs. Jones is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Truman Jones; her siblings, Marvin Mosley and Judy Rountree.</p> <p>Mrs. Jones is survived by her sons, Robert (Cindy) Jones of Palm Coast, Ricky Jones of Jacksonville and Allen (Carolyn) Jones of Starke; her daughters, Kenitra (Peter) Cook of St. Louis, MO and Ginger Kay Poe of Marion, IN; daughter-in-law, Lucinda Jones of Lake City; her brother, Lawrence Mosley of Starke; sisters, Georgia Mae; her 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.</p> <p>A service to honor Mrs. Jones will be held at 3:00pm on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Archer-Milton Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 2:00pm. Masks will be required while attending the services.
