Vanessa Dent Fuller, 59, of Manchester, GA died Thursday, August 12, 2021, at Upson Regional Medical Center, Thomaston, GA. Vanessa was born March 5, 1962, in Columbus, GA the daughter of Charles Ruben Dent and Frances Gladys Barfield Dent. She was a long-time Clerk at Taylor-Foster Hardware Store in Manchester. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Manchester. Vanessa was a wonderful person who never met a stranger and was always willing to help you when you needed her help. Her hobbies were working and loving and taking care of her grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband Mike Fuller who passed away February 11, 2021, her father, sister Glenda Badgely, and brother Charles Dent. She is survived by her four children, Crystal (Scott) Samples, Edmundson, OK, Tiffany (Alan) Henry, Molena, GA; Regina (Marvin Peugh) Fuller of Gay, GA; Jessica (Anthony) Garcia Phoenix, AZ; mother Frances Dent of Columbus, GA; sisters Dorothy Cooper, Sharron Barfield, Brenda Tyler all of Marion County, GA; Earlene Dozier of Columbus, GA; Colleen Blackstock of Ellaville, GA; and Charlotte Thompson of Covington, GA; brother Curtis Dent of Andersonville, GA; ten grandchildren Patrick (Emily) Samples, Rebecca Samples, Timothy Samples, Addie Henry, Obie Henry, Oakleigh Henry, Anzley Peugh, Peyton Peugh, Lily Garcia, Kaia Garcia and many other extended family and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Fuller will be held 2:00 pm Monday, August 16, 2021, at Cox Funeral Home, Manchester with burial in the Meriwether Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the funeral hour at the funeral home. Due to the rise in Covid-19 cases and health concerns with the family we ask that all attending the service wear a mask and observe social distancing.
