<p>Glenn Wood, age 84, of Cannon Falls, died Tuesday, August 10<sup>th</sup> 2021 at The Terrace at Cannon Falls.</p> <p>Glenn Charles Wood was born on May 4, 1937, in Milwaukee, the son of Glenn and Gladys (Gummert) Wood.&nbsp;&nbsp; He grew up in the Twin cities, graduating from Minneapolis North High School.&nbsp;&nbsp; Glenn continued his education with a degree from Concordia College and, ultimately, an MBA from the University of Minnesota.&nbsp; He served his country in the U.S. Army. &nbsp;Glenn worked as a Finance Manager for the Minnesota State Community College System.&nbsp;&nbsp; In 1982 he wed Joyce Hendrix.&nbsp;&nbsp; He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, travel with family, and was an avid reader.</p> <p>Survivors include his wife Joyce;&nbsp; children Brenda Jo Wood, Wayne Wood, Wendy Weller, and Laura Wood; several grandchildren , nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Timothy, and his sisters.</p> <p>Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.&nbsp;&nbsp; There will be no services held at this time.&nbsp; Lundberg Funeral Home is assisting the family and online condolences are welcome at www.LundbergFuneral.com</p>

Glenn Wood, age 84, of Cannon Falls, died Tuesday, August 10th 2021 at The Terrace at Cannon Falls.

Glenn Charles Wood was born on May 4, 1937, in Milwaukee, the son of Glenn and Gladys (Gummert) Wood.   He grew up in the Twin cities, graduating from Minneapolis North High School.   Glenn continued his education with a degree from Concordia College and, ultimately, an MBA from the University of Minnesota.  He served his country in the U.S. Army.  Glenn worked as a Finance Manager for the Minnesota State Community College System.   In 1982 he wed Joyce Hendrix.   He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, travel with family, and was an avid reader.

Survivors include his wife Joyce;  children Brenda Jo Wood, Wayne Wood, Wendy Weller, and Laura Wood; several grandchildren , nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Timothy, and his sisters.
