Rochester - Wanda got her wings on Friday, July 30, 2021; surrounded by her loving family. Her family will receive friends and relatives at her memorial service on Saturday, August 14, 11:00am at Free Deliverance C.O.G.I.C. (1015 St. Paul Street, Rochester, N.Y. 14621).
