Mr. Randall Dewayne “Rooster” Dalton age 69, of Geraldine passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021. Funeral services are set for 10am Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from the graveside at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Grove Oak with Bro. Terry Williams officiating. The family receive friends from 5 until 8pmTuesday at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. He is survived by his wife, Marica Dianne Dalton; daughter, Myra (Jonathan) Sims; son, Dewayne (Hannah) Dalton; sisters, Peggy Gilbert, Faye (Jerry) Combs, Anita (Devell) Light, Christine (Dennis) Barrett, and Darlene (David) Gallahar; brothers, Larry Dalton and Danny (Myra) Dalton; grandchildren, MaKayla Sims, Paige Sims, Emma Dalton, Hunter Dalton, and Waylon Dalton; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pearl and Elva Dalton; brothers, W.J. Dalton and Johnny Dalton; sisters, Betty Pittman and Liz Blevins. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shepard’s Cove Hospice.
