Kinston – Kenneth W. “Killer” Parker, 87, went to be with his Heavenly Father on July 30, 2021. A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday at 11 am in Pinelawn Memorial Park with full military honors. Kenneth was born on September 14, 1933, in Pitt County to the late Albert Parker and Mattie Britt Parker. He served in the US Navy as a bookkeeper for four years, and retired from the NC National Guard, and with the US Postal Service. He was preceded in death by his sister, Nell and brother, Frankie. He is survived by his wife, “Baby Jane” of 39 years, sons, Reid (Michelle) and Jeff; daughters, Ginger, Robin (Scott), and Karyn (Rickie); 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the NC Veterans Home or a children’s charity of your choice in Ken’s name.
