Brian K. Campbell, 70, of Attica, formerly of Macomb, went to be with our Lord on July 27, 2021. Brian was born in Detroit on December 13, 1950, to parents Harold and Joan (Witzman) Campbell. He married his high school sweetheart, Mary Johnson, on March 25, 1972 in Washington, Michigan. After graduation from high school, Brian entered the Naval Reserves serving three years active and three years inactive duty. Brian was a master craftsman and worked for over 40 years in his own masonry and construction business. In his off time he loved to be outside. He was a keen fisherman and hunter and even enjoyed trapping. As an avid golfer he spent much of his leisure time on the golf course. Brian was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and a loyal friend who will be missed by many. Brian is survived by his wife of 49 years; Mary (Johnson) Campbell; children: Teresa Campbell of Attica and Brian Campbell, Jr of Marlette; grandchildren: Carmyn, Catherine and Chloe; siblings: Gayle (Raymond) Granke, Kevin (Janet) Campbell and Scott (Diane) Campbell. Brian was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Randall. Cremation services have been entrusted to Muir brothers Funeral Home in Lapeer.
