Mr. Robert F. Dubois, 92, of Biddeford, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 26th, 2021 following an extended illness at St. Andre’s Healthcare. Robert was born February 11th, 1929 in Biddeford to Mr. Aime Dubois and Mrs. Bertha Lajeunesse Dubois. Robert was married to his wife of 71 years Mrs. Claudette Peloquin Dubois on June 10th, 1950 at St. Andre’s Church in Biddeford. Robert worked 42 years as a contractor specializing in home construction and painting in the Biddeford and Saco area. Robert was a member of the Rochambeau and Voltigeur Snowshoe Club in Biddeford, the Biddeford Eagles #804, St. Louis Alumni Association, and the Elks Club in Sanford. Robert also enjoyed both hunting and fishing. Robert is preceded in death by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Aime and Bertha Dubois; daughter Nancy Dubois; and sister Constance Gagne. Robert is survived by his wife Claudette Dubois of Biddeford; son Ronald R. Dubois of Haines City, Florida; daughter Linda Ann Petrin of Biddeford; brother Raymond Dubois of W. Yarmouth, MA; brother Renald Dubois of Biddeford; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Biddeford.
