Ruth Mabel Williams, 99, of Springfield, PA, died Sunday, July 25, 2021, at her residence. Born June 7, 1922, in Friendsville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Milton O. and Grace D. (Sisler) Friend. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph Williams, Jr. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, John J. Williams, III; one daughter, Susan E. Dellarciprete; one grandson. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at the Blooming Rose Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Samuel Wachter officiating.
