Anna is survived by, Daughter, Barbara Elizabeth (Donald Brett) Cook, Grandson, William Henry Cook, Grandson, Jesse McKinley Cook, Grandson, Sean M. (Terri) Smith, Step-Granddaughter, Karla (Steven) Schultz, Step-Grandson, Donald Brett (Jan) Cook, Jr., Step-GrandDaughter, Lesle Groves, Great-granddaughter, Brianna Jean Smith, Great-grandson, Ian Smith, and 5 Step-great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Father, Joseph Burt, Mother, Jennie Burt, Husband, William Chester Smith, Son, William Arthur Smith, and a Brother, Joseph Burt. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, 10:00 am at the Phalti Cemetery, with Rev. Randy McHan, officiating. Burial will take place in the Phalti Cemetery.
