Frank Lewis Arias Obituary

Frank Lewis Arias age 75 passed away on July 22, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph Mariano and Catherine Frances Andredez Arias, brother, Mariano Joseph Aries, sister, Charity Tosti. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Linda K. Arias, son Greg Arias (Michelle), granddaughters, Valerie Cannon (Adam), Rachael Jackson (Kevin), Kellie Jackson, great-grandchildren, Noah Cannon, Emmett Arrieata, Titus Cannon, Braden and Sophia Munguia.

Frank was a veteran of the Vietnam war and later served  with the 3rd 187 Rakkasans. He was Little League coach and a scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts where he would take the scouts camping and other outings. He was also an assistant Ranger with Boxwell Boy Scout Camp in Wilson County.

Visitation with the family will be on Saturday July 24, 2021 from 3-7 PM and on Sunday from 12-2 PM at Alexander Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Sumner Memorial Gardens. Steve Gray, Pete Im, Roy Bruce, Eric Gerresey, Matt Marcelino Ted Flick and Bill Martinez will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers memorial Donations may be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, Disabled American Veterans or any veterans association of your choice.
