Hilda P. Hughart

Hilda P. Hughart, age 85, of Troy, OH passed away on July 23, 2021 at Piqua Manor. She was born on June 17, 1936 in Clintonville, WV to the late Donald and Ida Thelma (Spade) Burns.

She is survived by her children: Pam (Patrick Asher) Zeller and Bruce (Muriel) Hughart; siblings: Robert (Nancy) Burns; Thomas (Kathy) Hall; Mary (Lyle) Plants; and Marie Moore; grandchildren: Joshua Hughart; Amanda Hughart; Daniel Hughart; Michael Hughart; Matthew Hughart; Brandon (Laura) Zeller and Nicole (Bryan) St. John; great grandchildren: Broadie Zeller; Aurora Zeller; Stella Zeller; Riley Purdy; Jayda St. John; Kylee St. John; Brayden Hughart and Autumn Hughart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years: Basil Hughart; sisters: Clara Small and Karen Blanton; and brother: William Burns.

Hilda attended Troy View Church of God. She worked briefly at Spring Hill Nursery. When she was younger she enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, canning and caring for her husband, Basil.

Services will be held at 1PM on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. The family will receive friends from 12-1PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
