<p>William &ldquo;Riley&rdquo; Tripp, age 80 of Pelahatchie went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.</p> <p>A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Cross Roads Baptist Church at 3:00pm. Visitation will be from 2:00pm until service time. A Graveside service will follow at 5:00pm at Brownsville Cemetery, 13720 Hwy. 22 Bolton, MS 39041.</p> <p>Riley was born in Lena, MS on August 7, 1940, to the late Robert Louie Tripp and Susie Thomas Tripp.</p> <p>He was a faithful member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. A church greeter and now a &ldquo;greeter in heaven&rdquo;. He loved sports, camping with friends, and anything related to his grandchildren or great-grandchildren. He never met a stranger. But most of all he shared Jesus with everyone he met.</p> <p>Riley is survived by his wife of 28 years, Bonnie Bray Tripp; children, Jill Tripp Lovell (Todd), Jennifer Tripp May (Paxton), Chip Bray ( Sharon), Kim Bray, and Kristi Cofer (Corey); grandchildren, Michael Lovell (Olivia), Shelby Lovell, Tanner May, Jordyn Riley May, Daniel Bray (Amanda), Nathan Bray (Kristen), Hannah Whitney, Brayden Whitney, Ian Whitney, Gavin Whitney, Lillie Cofer, and Corbin Cofer; five great-grandchildren; sister, Lanell Tripp White; and a host of other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Ruth Saucier Tripp.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers donations my be made to Cross Roads Baptist Church Outreach Ministries.</p>

William “Riley” Tripp, age 80 of Pelahatchie went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.
