Julia McGraw Veloz passed away on July 21st in her home in Clovis California. She was 79 years old. Born in New York City to Frida Choy Kitt and Charles Butters ?married in 1938.

Jill was their only child. Jill, who went by Julia in her adult life- grew up in Hollywood where her father was an American actor. In Hollywood he changed the family name to McGraw.

Julia is survived by her sons  Dustin, Tyson, and Brandon Wynne, her sons from her marriage to Thomas Wynne  of San Luis Obispo, who died in a tragic house fire, leaving her with her three boys to raise. 

Julia  later married Francisco Veloz. They separated although never divorced.  Preceding her in death are her parents and fourth son from her marriage to Francisco Veloz. Julia was very fond of her grandchildren Bailey, Kaidan and Alexander Wynne also of Clovis.

A devoted mother to her children  someone who enjoyed life with the curiosity of a child  aware of life's risks she managed to remain strong during her struggles . Julia will be greatly missed by her many friends and family!
