Chrystal Ann Nix

Chrystal Ann Nix was the daughter of Mary Esther (Kintz) Wake and Larry Ray Nix. Chrystal was born in Monte Vista, Colorado and later moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado with her father in 1986. Chrystal was preceded in death by her father, Larry Nix of Colorado Springs, Colorado; maternal grandparents, Virgil and Velma Kintz of Del Norte, Colorado; and paternal grandparents, Troy and Pearl Nix of Monte Vista, Colorado. Chrystal is survived by her mother, Mary (Kintz) Wake of South Fork, Colorado, several aunts and uncles, along with several cousins. Chrystal loved her dog, Agustas better known as ‘Gus’. He was a loyal companion. Gus is now living with Chrystal’s mother. Chrystal was well known for her wonderful artistic talents, and she will be fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles, and cousins for the thoughtful, personalized gifts she made over the years. They will be treasured forever. Chrystal enjoyed doing her artwork, watching movies, and listening to music from the 60’s/70’s/80’s. A memorial service will be scheduled later in the year.
