Vincent Robinson, 86, of Berea died at his residence Wednesday, July 21, 2021 following an illness. He was a Berea native born October 8, 1934, son of the late Jim and Mollie Marcum Robinson, U. S. Army veteran, retired concrete mixer truck driver for Howard and Stone, member of the Christian faith and resident of Madison County most of his life. Vincent enjoyed construction/building, and was an avid fan of boxing and wrestling. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years Helen Isaacs Robinson; 4 children Karen Gabbard (Ricky), Karlene Alcorn (Bruce), Dianna Alexander (James), Clayton Robinson (Shanna); 8 grandchildren Eric Gabbard (Steven), Tonya Broughton (Jason), Tosha Sparks (Shannon), Jamie Hisel (Judd), Ashley Boston (Ethan), Coy Robinson (Sarah), Zachary Robinson, Blake Broaddus; 12 great grandchildren Alexis, Kayla, Dakota, Skylar, Bailee, Annistyn, Ali Beth, Reagan, Anna-Jaymes, Rowan, Abbigail, William; 3 great-great grandchildren Adyson, Samiyah, Bryson; sister Elva Lamb; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 9 siblings Earl, Vernon, Mary, James, Willie, Amos, Lillie, Shorty, Richard. Funeral Service 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Reppert Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce Alcorn and Bro. James Alexander officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Pilot Knob Cemetery. Visitation 12:00 Noon Saturday until service time. Pallbearers will be Ethan Boston, Judd Hisel, Ricky Gabbard, Coy Robinson, Zachary Robinson, Jason Broughton.
