Raymond A. Fletcher, 79 of Warrenton passed away Wednesday July 21, 2021 at the Culpeper Health and Rehab center. Raymond was preceded in death by his wife Anne Marie and two brothers, Bob and Wayne Fletcher. He worked as a lineman with the telephone company for many years and was a co-owner of the Frozen Dairy Bar in Falls Church. He enjoyed muscle cars, trains and water skiing. Raymond is survived by his daughter Christina Kerns; a son, Justin Fletcher; a brother, Carl Fletcher; a granddaughter Samantha Kerns and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday July 27, 2021 at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, VA from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held Wednesday July 28, 2021 at Moser Funeral Home Chapel starting at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Bright View Cemetery.
