SHANAHAN - Patricia E. "Pat" July 21, 2021, age 84; beloved daughter of the late Charles E. and Evelyn (nee Benzel) Shanahan; loving godmother of Denise (AJ) Keiner and their daughter, Andie Keiner; dearest friend of Judi Chaplin, Patricia Dutka, Laura (Scott) Graham; cherished senior companion of Kelly (Matt) Holmes; she will be sadly missed by her dog, Taco, and many loving friends. Family and friends are invited Tuesday at 10 AM to attend a Funeral Service at the (Orchard Park Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 6170 W. Quaker Rd. (Rt. 20A). Interment to immediately follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Hamburg, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to The Saint Jude Center, 760 Ellicott St., Buffalo, NY 14203 or Hospice Buffalo Inc., 225 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga, NY 14227, or a charity of your choice. Pat was a Director and longtime employee of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of WNY. She was involved in Girls Scouts of WNY for several years. Pat remained a member of The Kennel Club of Buffalo, Inc., until her passing and was also a past member of several other local dog clubs. My condolences.Pat was always happy, what a wonderful soul.I will cherish the time I spent with her when I would stop by and have coffee in the morning.Sometimes we would watch the Hallmark channel and sit with Taco.I will miss you my friend...Rest in Peace.Love Sandy
