Harold Clinton Garrison, 80, of Cleveland, TN passed away on July 21, 2021. He was born and raised in Rhea County before making his home in Cleveland. Harold enjoyed farming, and raised pet cows. He was a story teller, and loved spending time with his family. He was a member of the Dayton Masonic Lodge 512, and of the Baptist faith.

Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Reba H. Garrison; son, Barry Clinton Garrison; parents, William Clinton Garrison and Berneice (Taylor) Garrison; brothers, J.T., Lloyd, and Bob Garrison; sisters, Martha Williamson and Aileene Terry.

He is survived by his son, Chris (Charity) Garrison of Cleveland; brothers, Jim (Heidi) Garrison and Ted (Belinda) Garrison; sisters, Leuty Johnson, Mary Lawrence, Judy Hindman, Bertha (Mark) Tipps; sister-in-law, Wanda Garrison; grandchildren, Clint (Cayce) Garrison, Brett (Megan) Garrison, Lance Garrison, Andrew Garrison, Abigail Garrison, and Zeke Garrison; great grandchildren, Reagan Garrison, Noah Garrison, Brant Garrison, and Oliver Garrison; numerous nieces and nephews.

Service will be on Friday, July 23 at 6:00 PM in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating. Interment will follow at Smith–Wilkey Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 23 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
