She was born on December 12, 1961 in Peoria, IL to Charles Gordon and Marjorie Lee (Montgomery) Richardson. Surviving are two brothers, Gordon Lee Richardson of Canton and Gearl Ray Richardson of Banner; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; and her significant other, Mark Jones of Pekin. Paula was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Pamela Burroughs. Paula was a writer and author, publishing two books. She was known for being a storyteller and she loved cats.
