<p>Joyce Larietta Arnold Ives, age 91, went onward on July 21, 2021 to join her husband Carl and sister Lillian Lockwood and dear friends who went before her. Joyce was born to DL and Vera Cobb Arnold on November 13,1929 in Williamston, MI. Joyce married Carl Ives on December 29, 1956 and together they shared 60 years of partnership on Ives Dairy Farm. She was a faithful member of the Free Methodist Church for 80 years and a volunteer at Christian Resources International (CRI) for nine years.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> Joyce is survived by her three children Stephen, Mark (Jackie), and Gwen Kato (Paul). Her seven grand-children Bradley, Jennifer, Carl, Kia, Ian, Celete, Jayelyn, two step-grandchildren Steve Dwayne and Christina, in addition to six great-grandchildren Parker &amp; Reese Richardson, Jack Ives, and Keyasha, Brea &amp; Christopher Sherlock. Joyce also has two surviving sisters Geraldine Doty and Lea Estes of Williamston, MI.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> Joyce was a strong and steady God-loving matriarch who never failed to support each member of the family throughout her life. While we will miss so much about her (like her loving sarcasm and home-cooked meals), it is an honor to celebrate the life of this determined and dedicated woman.
