Beatrice Moore, age 94, of Pilgrim, KY passed away July 21, 2021 at her home. Beatrice was a faithful wife to George for 58 years and a loving mother to her children. Her greatest joy in life was her children and grandchildren. She devoted her life to them. The greatest day of her life was when she surrendered her life to Jesus. She was a member of Union United Baptist Church. She was born in Martin County, KY to Ben and Elizabeth Delong Howard. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Moore. Also preceding her in death are her brothers, David Howard, Ermel Howard, Benjamin Harrison "Junior" Howard and Anna Nell Fletcher. She is survived by one brother, Frank "Mack" (Delia) Howard and her children, Virginia (Roger) Paxton, Catheline (Mike) Brooks, Gwen (Bobby) Hale, Carolyn (Glen) Harmon, Debra Lynn (Gary) Howell, and Shelby (Maggie) Moore. Also surviving are her grandchldren, Roy Lee Paxton, Barry Paxton, Keith Hale, Max Hale, Stephanie Tackett, Bobby Hale, Sherry Barker, Terry Stickler, Christy Sweeney, Gary Howell, Sanielle Fitch, and Saranda Mollett, 28 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Terry Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in the George Moore Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
