Shelia Lineberger Punch

Shelia Lineberger Punch, 69, of Maiden passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Carolina Caring in Sherrills Ford. She was born June 27, 1952 in Catawba County to the late W.C. and Nina Caldwell Lineberger. Shelia was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church in Maiden and was employed with Catawba Valley Medical Center for 46 years. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her family and traveling with them to Glacier National Park. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Blane Punch, Sr. and brother, Gary Lineberger. Those left to cherish her memory are; Son: Johnny Blane Punch Jr. of Maiden Daughter: Shelly Raquel Punch of Maiden Sisters: Diana Lineberger Abrams and husband John of Catawba Lorraine Lineberger Waters of Catawba Grandson: Jacob Isaac Punch Host of nieces, nephews and cousins A memorial service to celebrate Shelia’s life will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Bennett Funeral Service, 7878 NC Hwy 16, Newton. Rev. Gary Fulker will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Bennett Funeral Service.
