Beverly Anne Houston, 72, of Harrah, died Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at the Oklahoma City Heart Hospital – South Campus. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at the Jamison Cemetery of Harrah. Friends may pay their respects Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Beverly was born September 20, 1948, to Louis E and Verse “Delores” (McKee) Jones. She was reared and educated in Oklahoma City graduating from N.E. High School in 1966. Shortly after graduation Beverly went to work at Tinker AFB as a sheet metal worker and retired 42 years later as a sheet metal mechanic. She enjoyed playing cards and Bingo but her favorite “Hobby” was her grandchildren. Beverly was a longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her daughters Amy Tripp of Harrah, Dorthy and husband Mike Powell of Oklahoma City; and her grandchildren Aidan and Seth Tripp, and Justtin Anderson.
