Otto, age 91, of Milwaukee, entered Eternal Life on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 while at St. Camillus Rehab following a recent fall. He was married to the love of his life, Jordyce (nee Erz) Schraith for 59 years, a wonderful father to Fred (Sharon), Paul (Lee Ann), and Mike (Karri) Schraith, and a proud grandpa of Valerie, Natalie, John, Nicole (Kye), Jacob (fiance Jazmin Tejada), and Matthew Schraith. Preceded in death by his parents, Roman and Mary Schraith, and two brothers Harry (Francis and Betty) and Roman (Mary) Schraith. He will be greatly missed by many other family members and friends. Otto was drafted into the Army during the Korean War and served stateside as a Military Police officer in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He spent the majority of his career working at Wisconsin Electric as an Operations Supervisor. Otto took early retirement in 1989 to spend more time with family and friends. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and spending time on his boat "O-Cay" in the McKinley marina, was active in sports by playing softball, volleyball, and even participated in the Senior Olympics. Otto was a member of St. Vincent Pallotti West Parish and was part of their dart ball league for several years. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 27 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at ST. VINCENT PALLOTTI WEST CATHOLIC CHURCH, 201 North 76th Street, Milwaukee, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent Pallotti would be appreciated.
