<p>Lisa Marie Finnerty, age 55 of Crosby died on July 18, 2021 at the St. Cloud Hospital.&nbsp;&nbsp;She was born in Minneapolis on April 30, 1966 to Gerald and Gretchen (Fuller) Finnerty.&nbsp;&nbsp;Lisa graduated from the Crosby-Ironton High School, class of 1984.&nbsp;&nbsp;She received a BA degree in Physical Education and Health from the Bemidji State University. Lisa was a former teacher in the Pequot Lakes School District and was a former Chemical Dependency Counselor for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibway in Onamia.&nbsp;&nbsp;Lisa had a passion for helping those in need.&nbsp;&nbsp;She had a kind heart and a caring way in which she treated others.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Lisa is survived by her son, Casey Finnerty of Crosby; her parents, Jerry and Gretchen Finnerty of Aitkin; one brother, Jason Finnerty of Deerwood and one sister, Krista (Bryan) Jones of Cuyuna.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2021 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby.&nbsp;&nbsp;Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.&nbsp;&nbsp;Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.</p>
